1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

77haha is an online gaming platform operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is accessible at 77haha.club. The platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, electronic games, and related services to eligible players located in the Philippines.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the 77haha platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77haha with respect to your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional or game rules, the specific rules shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

These Terms were last updated on June 1, 2026. 77haha reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the 77haha platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

As used throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to a registered player account on the 77haha platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a player and held in their 77haha account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to credits granted to a player's account as part of a promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" refers to any real-money bet placed on any game or event available on the 77haha platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

3. Eligibility & Registration

1. Age Requirement. The 77haha platform is strictly available only to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR's mandatory age requirements for online gaming operators in the Philippines. 77haha employs age verification procedures as part of the KYC process. Any player found to have misrepresented their age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at 77haha's sole discretion following investigation.
2. Geographic Eligibility. The 77haha platform is licensed to serve players located in the Republic of the Philippines. Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the 77haha platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. One Account Per Person. Each player may register only one (1) 77haha account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. 77haha reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact 77haha support immediately.
4. Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the 77haha registration process. You are required to update your registered information promptly if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
5. KYC Verification. 77haha is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and periodically thereafter. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 77haha for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine identification card, proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from 77haha may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Account Management

1. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77haha login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes (OTPs). You agree to notify 77haha support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 77haha shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
2. Account Transfers. Your 77haha account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any third party. Funds held in your 77haha account may not be transferred between player accounts.
3. Inactive Accounts. An account that has not had any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated as inactive. 77haha will attempt to notify you via your registered email address or mobile number before any administrative action is taken on an inactive account. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with 77haha's then-current fee schedule.
4. Account Closure by Player. You may request to close your 77haha account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending wagering requirements attached to any bonus balance must be met or the bonus balance forfeited before closure. Any remaining real money balance following account closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method subject to completed KYC verification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. Currency. All transactions on the 77haha platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Transactions in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
2. Accepted Payment Methods. 77haha currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice.
3. Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the 77haha Cashier section and are subject to periodic revision. 77haha reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction amounts at its sole discretion.
4. Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed promptly following completion of applicable KYC verification. 77haha does not guarantee specific processing times as these are also dependent on the policies and systems of third-party payment providers. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed as rapidly as technically feasible. 77haha shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
5. Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your 77haha account, you warrant that the funds are lawfully yours, are not the proceeds of any criminal activity, and are not being used for the purpose of money laundering. 77haha may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of deposited funds as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
6. Declined Transactions. 77haha reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction at its sole discretion, including where 77haha has reason to believe the transaction is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

6. Gaming Rules

1. Game Rules. Each game available on the 77haha platform is governed by game-specific rules accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the game server records, the server records shall be definitive.
2. Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or any other technical failure that affects the outcome of a wager, 77haha reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the players involved. 77haha shall not be liable for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
3. Wager Limits. Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games on the 77haha platform and are displayed within the game interface. 77haha reserves the right to impose personal wager limits on specific players at its sole discretion.
4. Final Decisions. 77haha's decisions with respect to game outcomes, wager settlement, and all other gaming matters shall be final and binding, subject to the complaint resolution procedure set out in these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

1. General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentive programs offered by 77haha are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These Terms establish the general framework applicable to all promotions; specific promotion terms supplement and, where applicable, supersede these general terms.
2. Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a 77haha account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the bonus is credited; failure to meet requirements within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.
3. One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is eligible to claim each 77haha promotion once. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple instances of a promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
4. Bonus Abuse. 77haha actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering primarily on games excluded from bonus contribution calculations, placing low-risk or arbitrage wagers to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinated abuse across multiple accounts. 77haha reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and associated winnings in all cases of suspected bonus abuse.
5. Amendment or Withdrawal of Promotions. 77haha reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted by players in good faith prior to any such amendment.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77haha platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or accessing it from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Registering or operating more than one account, or assisting any other person in doing so;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to gain an advantage in any game or to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by 77haha;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to card sharing in live dealer games or coordinated sports betting;
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability for financial gain; players who discover any such error are required to report it to 77haha support promptly;
• Engaging in money laundering, including using the platform to layer or integrate proceeds of criminal activity;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77haha staff, other players, or live dealer personnel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77haha platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall appearance and design of the platform — is the property of 77haha or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 77haha platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 77haha platform without express prior written consent from 77haha.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. No Warranty. The 77haha platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77haha makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
2. Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77haha's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77haha account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3. Excluded Losses. 77haha shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other economic or financial loss, regardless of whether 77haha has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
4. Force Majeure. 77haha shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failure, government action, or cyber-attacks.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Responsible Gaming

2. Account Closure by 77haha. Following investigation, 77haha may permanently close an account found to be in material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 77haha reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where legally permitted, any balances associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.
3. Effect of Termination. Upon termination of a player's account for any reason, the player's license to access and use the 77haha platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Amendments to These Terms

77haha reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 77haha will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address or mobile number registered to your account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the 77haha platform.

Your continued use of the 77haha platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request closure of your account prior to the effective date of the change.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 77haha platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 77haha's internal complaint resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
